Her diverse experience spans multiple roles, including an elementary mathematics and reading interventionist, a university instructor for aspiring teacher leaders, and an international educator. Dr. Ubellacker is driven by the desire to create a ripple effect, starting with a foundation of empathy and care for her students. She believes there is no “wrong” path in education, as every role impacts lives and leads to valuable learning experiences.
She currently teaches intermediate math and science in Cupertino, California, integrating project-based learning and interdisciplinary approaches. She also serves as a leader, supporting and coaching fellow teachers on leadership and innovative practices, including as a thought-leader in educational generative AI.
